6. Risk and Liability (EU Law)

In all sales to consumers, the risk of loss or damage to the goods remains with PAPADOPOULOS NIK & SIA OE until the consumer (or a third party indicated by the consumer to take possession of the goods) takes physical possession of the goods.

If your package is lost or significantly delayed, or if the goods are damaged upon arrival, please contact us immediately so we can file a claim with the carrier and arrange a replacement or refund, where applicable.

7. Incorrect Shipping Address

The customer is responsible for ensuring the correct shipping address is provided. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, the customer will be responsible for the cost of reshipping the package.
